Patrice Hardy

Born in 1960, Patrice Hardy is the Managing Director of Naïade and has a 20-year track record in hotel investment, financing, development, marketing and operations. His career as a hotelier started in 1986 when he identified an opportunity to invest in the hospitality business and launched Le Tropical.
He is also active in the affairs of the tourism industry in Mauritius and is currently Treasurer of the Association des Hôteliers et Restaurateurs
de l'Ile Maurice (AHRIM). He was appointed chairman of the Company
at its incorporation in 1987 and served as such until 1992, when he was appointed Managing Director. He was appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee in April 2003 and as a member of the Corporate
Governance Committee in April 2005. |

Desiré Elliah

Born in 1964, Désiré Elliah is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years' experience in auditing, accounting and corporate finance. Before joining Naïade in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer, he was a partner at De Chazal Du Mée, the largest accounting firm in Mauritius. He has extensive experience
in feasibility studies, financial restructuring, share valuation and due-diligence reviews.
He was appointed as a director of the Company in October 2004. |

Jean François Rivière

Born in 1954, and a graduate in B.Sc. Marketing from Damelin School of Management, South Africa, he joined Naïade Resorts as Chief Marketing Officer in
January 2006. He has 30 years' experience in the tourism industry both in Mauritius and
overseas. |

Bertrand E. Piat

Born in 1960, Bertrand E. Piat holds a B.Sc. Hons degree and a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from the U.K. He has 20 years' practice in human resources management, both in Mauritius and overseas and his strategic contribution since joining the Company has been towards supporting
service quality and standards. He joined Naïade Resorts as Group Human
Resources Manager in November 2001 and was appointed as alternate director to Désiré Elliah in October 2004.

Dev Pooloovadoo

Born in 1962, Dev Poolovadoo was one of the first persons to join Naïade Resorts, in
1990. Graduated in Accounting and Finance from the UK, he is responsible for the
financial management of Naïade and its subsidiaries.
He is also involved in the affairs of the industry, with the Association des Hôteliers
et Restaurateurs de l'Ile Maurice (AHRIM) and as a member of the Mauritius Tourism
Fund. |

Sylvia Maigrot

Born in 1970, Sylvia Maigrot joined Naïade Resorts as Group Company Secretary in
2001. A graduate of South Africa in Business Administration and Management and Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of the U.K.,
she has been working as Company Secretary, since 1996, first at groupe Mon Loisir and then on a freelance basis, before joining Naïade. |

Pascal Bertrand
Area Operations Manager

Born in 1962 Pascal Bertrand has a 25 years career in the international hotel industry. After four years as General Manager of Legends, he joined the Executive Committee of Naiade as Area Operations Manager in August 2008 where he now manages operations within Naiade (hotels, spas, boutiques…) and participates in the application of strategic plans and new projects.
