Conference Rooms and Equipment
We provide conference rooms free of charge for those staying in our hotels. The rooms seat up to 120, in various configurations (including theatre-style or arranged for meetings, talks or lectures). Legends also has a cinema, the only one of its kind in a hotel in Mauritius.
All conference rooms are air-conditioned. Plasma screens and video conferencing facilities are also available.
Standard audiovisual equipment is also provided, including a 35mm slide projector, an overhead projector, a video, a DVD, a microphone, a flip-chart, a lectern, a wall-mounted projection screen and a video-projector, as well as pens and paper.
Other equipment not mentioned in this manual can also be provided (fee payable).
Other services
Secretarial, photocopying, fax and internet services are also available (including Wi-Fi at Beau Rivage), for a fee. |
